Industrialised notion of bread and beer & The Marketing machine.

Short snippets of an interview with Greg Koch who features a few times in my dissertation, simply because he optimises everything that is honest about the craft brewing business. Koch does not hide the fact that you can be wealthy from brewing beer and that he is willing to tell people how to do it. 




"People are finding out that they can trust the craft brewer, not this marketing machine that is designed to get them to buy more."
