Rate Beer top 10 - does design relate?

The top 10 rated beers

Using the ratebeer website, I looked at the designs of bottles of those that scored highest in taste and community opinion. When looking at these scores, the labels show little in terms of design led bottle labels.
I feel that there is a split of design led labels such as the Westvleteren XII and the one limited run brews such as the Vanilla Bean Three Floyds and Bourbon Barrell Aged Stouts, with low budget uninformed design seen in the Bells Stout and Speedway stout.

It may be the case that my writing concludes that design plays little part in the success of a beer, rather it is the word of mouth and reviews of the quality in the beer that plays more of a role.
