This clip from a Business Insider article features the GM of Brooklyn Brewery,in my opinion Brooklyn are not a craft brewery, they produce on mas but have 1 or 2 rare seasonally brews that are considered craft.
This argument aside, the GM, Eic Ottaway talks breifly about the little luxuries that the public do not want to give up in the economic climate. I am real happy that my first chapter has some supportive conversation after I had written it.
